I'm creating a dvd9 project in maestro and am trying to create two dvdr discs; one for each layer. In maestro, it doesn't recognize my a05 burner, nor my a03 (I'm running WinXP). How would I go about making two discs especially at the split point I designated in the project?

try exporting to files...then use a burner of choice to burn the dvds

This cannot be done with Maestro...
And I don't think there's a way to do this...
If you find a way pls, say how!
But of course you can write on two DLT's using a DLT drive...
a) Compile your project
b) Create a disk image(At this point you can define a layer break
c) Write to DLT tape
DVDMaestro supports for sure the DVD-R for Authoring from Pioneer (i don't remember the model)... But you can only write DVD-5 there...

Ok, this is bugging me.
I have a machine with win2k (w/service pack 3) and an AO3 drive. DVDMaestro recognizes the drive. But this is only when I installed the adaptec 4.71 aspi manager.
I have another machine, a Dell. Same setup as above with also a dell DVD+RW drive (yes a PLUS). DVDMaestro recognized BOTH!
There's also a third machine. Clean install of win2k sp3, a03 and a05 attached. All drivers are installed including the adaptec aspi manager. Run DVDMaestro, and neither drive can be seen. I tried everything and nothing comes up.
What I can't understand is what makes the previous two machines special for maestro to recognize the drives, especially the DVD+R on the dell machine, but not reconize either pioneer drives on the last machine.
BTW, I know I can use Stomp or Prassi, but the problem is nagging me.
Any ideas?
