hi,
i'm trying to convert a 23.796fps 48,000hz audio .avi to SVCD
first ripping the .wav from the .avi as normal
i'm loading the .avi into GoCCE as a NTSC film, this is registering the .avs into CCE SP trial 2.67.00.10
these are the settings i'm changing:-
inputing audio from a dif file - selecting the .wav (sync with video selected)
mode is set to SVCD NTSC
video frame rate is set to 29.97
audio is set to 44,100 hz
bitrate is set to 1800 kb/s (to fit on 2 cdr's)
aspect ratio set to 16:9
the problem i've got is although the video is turning out fine to play on my PC, when i play it in my DVD player the picture is off centre and flickers left and right?
anyone got any idea's?
