Problem converting SVCD mpg to DVD mpg

I am atempting to convert an SVCD mpeg 2 file into a DVD mpeg 2 file using Tmpeg. There were initially two files which I connected using the MPEG tools in Tmpeg. The file starts converting, but keeps getting a read/write error (cant remember which one) during the conversion. Can someone tell me what to set all of my eEnv. priorities to, or anything else that will fix this issue?

you only have to re-encode the audio and something else.

Or try the dvd2avi>avs>tmpg method, if you wish to make a standard compliant version.
