DVD/Divx Players with built in AMP? [Archive]

I was wondering if all the DVD/Divx players have built in AMP to play Dolby Digital or if an external AMP is needed to get audio? When reading the Kiss 450 Spec it sounded to me like it was just audio out so I could not just plug my speakers into it.

But the Umax dvx5500 spec seems to indicate it might have built in Dolby Digital 5.1 decoding. Can anyone confirm these?

Has no one got one of these players, or can confirm what models have built in Dolby Digital 5.1 decoding.
