Why don't you use AviSynth for frameserving?

Can always use FrameServer Network Client by Debugmode
Works like a charm and is free

Verified working with 2.67.00.13 .23 .27

Double check you have installed the handler in the VDub parent directory and then check that frameserving is active by loading the vdr in another instance of VDub before trying in CCE.

Add/ This is not a real good way to go about making a SVCD.
