Linear Pulse Code Modulation (WAV format) is one of the types of audio formats that are possible to find on DVDs. I have a couple of these, and I just demuxed the stream and saved it as a .wav file.

However, Gknot at the time could not convert .wav to .mp3, and I used LAME, manually, followed by encoding in Gknot with "just mux" for the auio.

These days, I would use DVD Decrypter to demux, and BeSweetGUI to convert .wav to .mp3. Both are included in the Gknot toolset.

Thanks jggimi
I had to convert the pcm into wav(with DVD2AVI) and again to ac3 with bsweet.I then normally used gknot. Before ripping i used noise filter, but still the sound isn't that clear.

Anyway, with appropriate equaliser it manages good.

My response was a bit late,i was kind of busy. Thanks again
