BTW,
Received my US$20 rebate from Pinnacle last week! I mailed in the rebate form around the end of March, and received an Email confo around the beginning of May, so I guess they are "stretching" their 6-8 week turnaround a bit.
If you are having a problem with yours, the number to call in the US is 800-390-2344.
