TmpgEnc after DirectX 9 not working!!!

Hi,
after installing DX9/DX9a TmpgEnc encoding to VCD is no more working correctly, after few minutes the picture stays frozen and the encoding continues only for the audio-part.

i think that 9b is available now. if direct X is your problem try downloading the updated one that may fix the bug.
