problems with seeking in the movie

I've made a backup of a dvd comtaining two titles, Carne and Seul contre tous.
The problem is that it's not possible to seek in the second of the two movies with WinDVD. The same restriction was present in the original and I would like to get rid of it. Tried with remove P-UP in IFOEdit...didn't work.

There also seems to be somenthing wrong with the seeking in the other movie too, sometimes the movie just stops and go back to the begining instead of jumping to the selected position. How can I fix that?

I tried VTS_TMAPTI table transfer (time map) in ifoupdate.
But that didn't work because the authored ifo don't have a time map since scenarist doesn't create one for multiple pgc titles.

How can I create a time map for my multi pgc title?
