Hi, I've got some video that had lots and lots of bad noise, and I really need to get rid of it.
Now, Dynamic Nosie Reduction works perfectly, but for some reason, it leaves warped ghosts on following frames. Example:
http://www.geocities.com/warrior_no_yami/example.txt
Look at the building in the background, you can see that strange rainbowish segments from the upcloses on the previous frames.
BUT, if I toggle the frame (press forward then backward then forward...) a few times, it will eventually go away. But since I can't do that when it outputs, the video has that. Though its not as noticable on the video when its playing, you can still see it.
Any strong noise reductions that could fix the fuzzy problem, or any way to stop THIS?
