Utilities to effectively remove "inactive" codecs?

Some of the audio codecs appear to be not properly removed . When I click on the properties of the selected codec, it show nothing and when i close it, the audio compression codecs show only the available codecs. However, if I open it again, the same error occurs

The following show the "inactive" codec property, and after closing the codec property!
