Does somebody know a method to copy a DVD - 10 (not 9) on a DVD-R by
keeping the chapters, the subtitles and the languages?

I assume you are mentioning so called 'flippers' a dual sided DVD-5. If you do a search on the forum you'll find some answers.

just type flipper in the search box and see what comes up
