ac3 to mps prob

i have ripped a home made dbd of both matrix films. I have got the AC3 file that is the correct length and has all the sound in. When i try and encode it to MP3 using BSweet through Gknot it only encodes 11 odd minutes of the audio.

Any ideas what could cause BSweet to stop like that or any other prog i could try to encode the audio to 128kbit mp3.

There is no log file to post. bsweet doesn't create one (does it?).

Also "home made DVD" is one my friend bought at a market.

no, but gknot does, and it contains the besweet log :)
