How To Play GraphEdit Files?

I used to be able to rename a graph file (.grf) to .avi and just play it in Media Player, but this doesn't seem to work anymore. Can anyone please tell me if there is a way to play the file other than in graphedit?

you mean you don't have an older version of quartz.dll? well i can upload it if you want.

it works for me, though i can't play these fake AVI's in MPC :(

I got a quartz.dll from dllfiles.com or somewhere, I think it was from Fall of 2001, but I still couldn't play my graph. But I was able to do what I wanted with AviMux so I don't need it anymore. Thanks.
