im trying to mix .idx/.sub subtitles with an AVI into an OGM file with no success. I ca´n't open the subtitle file in Graphedit. I tried using Subtitle source and direct vobsub but it wont open a .idx file. Is it possible to do that using Graphedit ???

hopefully you'll be able to mux image based subtitles into matroska sometimes; but for now you have to OCR...

Is it likely that we'll be able to do this in the next release of Matroska?

I'm not a developper, but judging from bits and pieces it seems possible that it'll make it to tomorrow's "chip" release. So wait a bit for the answer ;)
