Windows media player (or any directshow player) with Matrix Mixer (http://matrix-mixer.sourceforge.net/#download) maybe?
Not so sure about SPDIF out?

I converted the DD-Wav with Besplit to ac3 files, i can playback now with windvd, but not very comfortable, need an ac3 player with playlist & spdof support, winamp doesn't do spdif...

Have you tried foobar (at www.hydrogenaudio.org)?

Zoom Player or MPC should be able to do it as well with AC3filter for SPDIF output.

Here's my result:
PowerDVD works good, plays all files (some i created from DD5.1 wav, some were ac3) but crashes other some time (stops playing, doesn't react)
BPlay plays the downloaded AC3s but not the ones created from DD5.1 wav and has no playlist
MPC plays the downloaded AC3s but scrambles the ones created with BeSplit from DD5.1 Wav
So far, so bad...
I think it is a conversion error in the BeSplit AC3s... Is there any tool that checks ac3-header and corrects it? Any other suggestion?
Greetz!

My opinion would be it's a problem with the downloaded files, which are not reliable in general, and you won't get much help with here. State the filters used for playback, and what do you mean by 'scrambles' ? Have you tried switching Directsound and WaveOut? Have you read the AC3 FAQ?

What i already said above: There is no problem with the downloaded files, just with the files created be besplit! scrambled means stuttering playback on MPC...
I tried Wave/Direct-out, it's now on DirectSound and works good for movies and downloaded, but not for besplit files :(
