How can I leave one fifteenth or one thirtieth frame from my video? When I trying to decimate by N, it actually uses one frame and the rest N-1 frames are the same. But I don't want them to be here.
I'm trying to make slow process video, like few real hours must fit in one minute of video with normal framerate, like 29,970 fps . I recorded with frame recording. But I'm trying to make it even faster.
Is it VDub appropriate for this? Is it any other tools?
Thanks
