My dvd recorder (pioneer a04) has suddenly stopped reading all commercial dvds. When I put in a dvd, the drive spins for a while and the computer hangs, but after half a minute, it reports the drive as empty.
I can read cds and dvd backups fine. The drive just won't recognize real dvds--at all.
Help please? :confused:
