I know this might sound stupid, but why do we do PullDown? Whats the purpose of it, I know what it does, but why do we do it, why do we change the framerate from 29 to 23fps, whats the purpose of doing this? Why can't it stay at 29? Or is this just to save more space, to give us a higher bitrate, as i've always thought it was for, just wanted to make sure, and have a better understanding of the whole process ;)
