Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place, but i'll give it a go anyway.

I've downloaded some of the buffy and angel series from overnet using the link for sharereactor. When it comes to encoding some of them the sound does encode with it and hence no sound with the mpeg 1 created... I have tried to use virtualdub which has worked in the past, but now it is telling me that i do not have the right decoders for the audio (on full processing), when switching to direct streem the audio does play but when encoded with the video using tmpg the sound does not play in the finished mpeg-1 file.

can anyone help please,

Thanx

I am having nothing to do with the files you convert etc... all i will say is if you need more codecs look at the programs such as nimo codec pack and G spot (both documented on the www.doom9.org web site)
if you have the corect codecs try uninstalling the programs such as virtualdub and removing all the registry info and all the folders creaited. then reinstalling the latest vertions.
