post count gone up?!??!

my post count has gone up somehow

dunno how tho, cos I just passed the 1000 mark about 5 or so posts ago but now I have 1046

You can always search for posts written by you to see how you achieved this.

I've done that :) search (http://forum.doom9.org/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=340132&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending) and My 1000th post was around 5 posts ago (4th thread listed in search results as I posted it in my post Here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=344524#post340767)

I ran a post count update yesterday, that might have made a difference. In some cases, not all posts are accounted for, so until you redo the post counts (only admins can do that) your post count will be too low.
