progressive/interlaced frames in eps

Hi. I got these files(all files from a blue submarine DVD) and it looks that some frames are progressive or interlaced. I see this when I play the dvd on my dvdplayer in my computer, after I burned it onto DVD.

I see it happening randomly. I don't see any at the first 2 min, after that I see 2, with at least 10sec between.

Anyone know how to fix it, do I need to reencode it?
