I purchased 4 cake boxes of 50 DVD-R`s and 2 neon computer case fans.

I paid with a debit card (big mistake).

I received a sealed box from UPS and only half the order was inside.
I contacted them, notified them of the shortage and gave them 72hrs to respond. After 10 days their answer is that I have no shortage and its too bad. They never called or e-mailed me, I had to contact them.

I`m out 100 DVD-R`s and a computer case fan.

Their customer service is nothing but a brick wall.

Watch out with this one, especially if they don`t care about the buyer.

Boycott the Bast*rds

I will spend my money on more relieable company such as www.americal.com, www.shop4tech.com, or www.meritline.com sometime cheap price doesn't mean it is good service!!

Turns out Meritline owner and supermedia owner are related. Also both are YAHOO stores with same reputation, product, and prices.
With this info how do you protect yourself from them shorting your order

http://www.rima.com (is reputable)
but the best now seems that to be best buy brick and mortar. I've also recently bought from target b&m and http://www.buy.com ..all 4X DVD+Rs TDK and Memorex.
