stripping unwanted files...problems with VOB id's

hello folks,

i want to strip some warning logos and trailers off a dvd and backup it on dvdr ... before it worked good but now i have problems...

i only have one vob id per trailer and so i cannot strip it ... ifoedit either won't do it or give me an error message that i am dealing with bad VOBs ...

how can i strip those unwated files? or can i simply replace them with a half second movie with black screen? or a dummy file?

u can replace them, but I am afraid u have to re-author at the same time.
