Hi all,
i'm in front of a problem. I would like to backup the new james bond which contains 2 angles (2 VTS of 2 hours) and i hope to keep the first angle only. Is it possible ? The second angle takes so much places that i needed for better quality encoding.
thks for help guys

What you should do if you want to reauthor it and use do it fast4u is demux by vobid. Then put it back together using those extracted vobids (not using the vobids that represent the angles).
But what is you goal here? Do you want to make a complete backup including menu and movie or movie only? If you want to do movie only then the above described will suit your needs.
If you want a complete backup then you have a problem, because you'll have to recreate to angles to have everything working. You can leave angle two out and use the video from angle 1 twice, but that won't save you any space at all.

It is not impossible, just a little bit tricky. Read the guides on doom9.org for information on how you handle these kind of movies.

It's not impossible, but loosing an angle won't save you any space in this case

I just saw i can deselect angles that i dont need in clonedvd but i doubt it will works with better quality.
I'll run the test in 10 minutes which takes approximately 30-45mins to complete.
i'll give you the final result.

If anyone cares.... If you only want to keep the first angle you can do so extremely simply with the big 3. Just use PGC ripping and uncheck "All Angles". Then proceed as normal... Complete accident, but still it worked, Audio synced perfectly and subs as well.
I suppose this worked becuase DVDDecryptor defualts to angle 1 when processing by pgc. It also may be version dependant, so:
DIF4U-1.1.9.0
DoCCE4U-1.0.1.5
DVDDecryptor-3.1.6.0
ReAuthorist-1.0.0
