Well I am ripping my Clerks Uncensored DVds and I noticed that everytime i rip them I am missing the first 2 or 3 seconds from the start. What can be causing this or how can I correct them so I get it to rip from the origianl starting time?

How are we supposed to answer this with the information you provided. Read the forum rules and guide for making a good post (they're both stickies in the forum). Post a logfile. What are you using to rip the DVD? If it's not internal routines, then we cannot help you.
Finally, try a search, you will find many many similar questions like yours already.

Open the DVD2SCVD and go to bbMPEG Tab. Change the "Movie Offset seconds" from 2 to 0. This should fix your problem.
