MenuEdit works on power dvd but not in standalone

I have deleted some buttons using menuedit(unregistered) by hiding using "keep old". It works on power dvd but i still can click the button i deleted on my standalone pioneer. Any suggestion?

Buttons in different groups are used for diferent display modes.

So i have to do it on group 2 or its just because its an unregistered version? Also this deletion wont work on any standalone if its not registered
