Hi,
I am trying to encode an mp3 to ac3. The original length of the mp3 is 1:17:22:24. When I encode with Besweet I get an AC3 file which is 12 seconds shorter. Is this normal?

Hi,
the new version of Besweet goes on and on. I wanted to encode my mp3 t ac3. The original lengt of the mp3 is 1:17:22:24. But Besweet manages to transcode all the way up to 02:34:11:051. I dont know how, but I am likely to say that the new version isn't that good. The transcoding is much faster. But what does it matter when it goes on much furhter.
My question: is this normal?

No. Post your logfile.

I merged your 2 threads because they seem very similar as far as I can tell. Show us some logfiles as Kpex says and we should be able to get more of an idea of your problem. Also make sure you do like the FAQ says and use the latest beta version.
