How to change the aspect ratio of VOB file without re-compress ?

Hi
How to change the aspect ratio of a VOB file ? the VOB file has original aspect ratio 4:3 , is it possible to play this VOB file with 16:9 by Powerdvd or Windvd directly in my PC.
What's software can change the VOB file aspect ratio directly ?? I hope the output file format is still same as the original file , I don't want to re-compress.
is it possible ? I need your suggestion , thanks a lot :)

load the vob into powerdvd, disabled the Keep Apestic Ratio and strech the movie to the size you want it; just don't hit the zoom button or the movie will change back to the way it was.
