I have a dvd in English, it's ntsc format, now I got a German AC3 files(NTSC too) for this dvd, but it's 7 seconds between these two dvds. (English version is longer than German), if I use besweet GUI to change German's frame rate from 29976->23976, it's can get a same duration, but the voice is change(man talk like woman), I am wondering is there something wrong I am doing for.
