easiest way to make a test.. with any softvare player that support file mode ( powerDVD 4.x - 5 ; winDVD ) before you go to burn it

after some time down the road u will realize that there r numerous paths that start from your post and each one needs a special treatment in order to supply a working dvd. So instead of filling u with links for reading and confuse more on the subject, I will ask for some details on your post.

ie. 1. r these vob files and ifo the main movie of a dvd?
2. r these belong to a vts set? that is do they fall in to the vts_0x_x.vob and ifo? This is basically the same as no1 but in a broader sense.

i can play thew whole movie with powerdvd, selecting each vob.
in this case i am unable to select another audio channel or sub...

the files:
vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01_1.vob
...

It's OK, you can't do it.If you want to, you have to create an image based on your VOB and IFO files with one of ImgTools and then mount it with Daemon Tools, so that you'll be able to watch a virtual DVD in virtual drive, with all the options of an original disk.
You can find the tools I mentioned at Doom9 download page (http://www.doom9.org/software.htm)
