Reclock seems to work like follows :
As soon as desync is more than the max latency specified as many as needed AC3 frames are inserted or removed to go back to 0ms latency.
Wouldn't it be better to drop only as many records as are needed to get back into the range again than to get to 0 ms. I think this would be much less noticable if it happens becuase less frames were dropped at a time.
