Desyncronized audio after middle movie ??

Hello,

I'm facing a terrible problem. I've made dozens of DivX/Xvid movies with Gknot without any problem, but now, I'm facing a problem ai can't solve: When I make a Xvid, the result is that after the middle to the end of the movie, audio is dessincronized...!
I don't know what's causing this. On the end part of the movie always audio is before video.
I recently changed to CBR audio, could this be the cause, of not ?
Any help is welcomed.

LOTR Extended or Laurence Of Arabia by chance? It's got nothing to do with CBR audio (unless perhaps it's lower than 128KBS-then BeSweet uses 44,100 HZ sample rate, and that may cause asynch audio). But sometimes long movies that are split over 2 DVDs can become asynch if you've joined the vobs from the second DVD to those of the first.
