from vob/ifo files to dvd-r

Ive managed to copy harry potter 2 to my hard drive using the DVD2DVD-R program. Its compressed all of the files into the designated folder, now I want to put them onto a dvd so they will play on my standalone player, what the hell do I do with these files? Do I just burn them straight to my dvd media? That seems too easy.

Thanks, I just took a chance and burned them to my dvd-r, works great!
