I use scenarist before and want to try dvdmaestro today and got some problems:

1/ can't add menu.
I had made some bmp file in photoshop and this file can use in scenarist, but if I import the bmp file to dvdmaestro, it can't complie dvd, system tell me "invalid frame rate" and stop. my video is NTSC/16:9 format and bmp file is in 4:3 format. if I delete the menu file, dvd can be complied.

2/subtitle can't syn.
the subtitle in scenarist is syn with the video, but can't in dvdmaestro, but the timecode is same.

who can give me a hand? thank in advance!

hello again xcpu,

when u have inserted the bmp, it must have informed u that the dimensions of the photo r not compatible with your project's tv system and if u wanted to switch to pal. U have answered yes, so your video now has wrong fps for a pal dvd.

Resize the photo to ntsc resolution (720x480) and u wont have any problems.

The unsynced subs is a video timecode inconsistency. Perform a search and u will find numerous threads dealing with this problems.

A quick remedy is to reset video's timecode by clicking it and reset it to 0:00:00:00. If it can't help you, u have perform the search. They really informative.
