If you want an movie from your bin and cue files then you have to "tell" your burnig software that.
Me self are using nero. In nero just go to archive menu and choose burn image. Then locate your bin and cue and burn them and simsalabim you will have a movie. But since you have you files on a cd i think you have to copy them back to your hd.
Any burning software should work. You just have to tell it what to do. You know the PC are never smarter then the person behind the keyboard.

If you would like to get the mpeg 2 files from the bin/cue files then this is what to do:
You can copy the cd to your HD (or not its up to you) and then go to the MPGV folder (I know that this not what the folder is called but Im at work and dont have access to a bin/cue file right now, look for something like this)and you will see a file in there that is almost as big as the whole CD, this is your movie file. If you rip that out and copy it to your HD you can rename that to blah.mpg and you will be able to play it in POwerDVD or WinDVD. MWP will NOT be able to play this file. The reason is that when you make the bin/cue files the software adds some extra headers to the mpg file. The other option that you have to to use VCDEasy to rip the movie file and that will remove the extra headers that you have there. Then you will be able to play the file in WMP. I suggest that you use the 2nd way as that will give you the best results and that is also trurer to the original SVCD.
If you have any questions about this feel free to ask and I will help you the best that I can.

Using 1.1.3 click on tools on the left hand side. Then underneath where it says VCDxRip in the 1st box thats there select the image file on your HD. In the second box select where you would like it to save the xml file (this is the file that contains all the chapter info for the SVCD) even if you dont want this file (you most likley wont) and then select rip. wait a min or 2 and you should have the mpg and the xml file.

The easiest way is to use vcdgear. There is a link on the doom9 page. Open vcdgear. Select the option cue/bin -> mpeg on the pull down menu. Check the box to fix mpg errors. select the cue file to rip from give it a name and click start. It will pull the file out in whatever format it is in (vcd or svcd)with the proper headers. If it is a 2 or 3 disk movie use Tmpgenc to join/splice them together. :)
