Flask svcd 16x9 no letterbox

Anyoneu have suggs for this?
On Tmpgenc there is a feature on the "main screen" at the bottom "settings" "advanced" tab called "video arrainge method" which allows me to enable "full Screen" on a 16x9 film for the 16x9 tv. It keeps the aspect ratio proper for SVCD.
On the Flask, I am unable to get the picture to reproduce 16x9 in full screen I have tried he "no letterbox" feature; results unuccessful. The bottom line Flask is reproducing the 16x9 but not taking into account for a 16x9 TV so the picture becomes letteerboxed on a 16x9 TV.

If it's a 2.35:1 movie, even on a 16:9 TV, it will have black bars above and below the picture. Is that what you meant?

How do things look in the movie? Does it look "normal" or is everything flattened out? It should be pretty easy to tell.
