I know xvid is just a codec but damn there are so many files using this now and I can't get none of them to work in Ulead (failed to covert video file). What is a good method of getting a file that requires the xvid codec to dvd-r ?

Thats such a bad subject post you should be striked for it. But instead ill just close the thread. Go ask in the dvd-r conversion forums or try changing the fourcc to DIVX and see if that helps you.
