I tried to convert a movie today But it throws a error message when cinema craft opens up 'cinema craft encoder sp : cctsp -application error ' The instruction at 0x000000069 referenced memory at 0x000000069. The memory could not be read.'
I updated DVD2SVCD to the latest one and i updated CCE from 2.50 to 2.66 but now i get this error message '1120x56 is not supported only upto 720x576 is. I did select 720x480/575)
I wonder if anybody know why this occurs and ifso how do i rectify this error because i am desperate to convert this movie.
thanks
dave
The movie you are trying to convert is from a DivX AVI file. This movie has not yet been officially released and what you are trying to do is pirate which we do not encourage over here. You should find yourself lucky that no moderator has seen your post. You might be banned for this (read rules of this forum first).

@dave 25 what happens if you press the go button and select preview? I am pretty sure that something is out whack with that.
As an aside I think that the mods should put this is the sticky (the fact that you should preview a pic before you try to encode or post about a problem). Im sure that alot of people would then post what happens when they do that and then we wouldnt have to ask this question all the time. :)
Just my 2 cents.

@Jason28:
This is a solid technique, and one that has saved me a lot of aggravation since I started using it. Identifying a problem before it gets to the encoder not only saves that block of time, but much frustration as well. Good tip!
