dvdshrink will rip directly from the disk from which you already know saves time. You can do it either way rip to file on HD with DVDDecrypter then transcode with DVDshrink from open file menu or just rip directly from disk with "open disk" option with DVDShrink

AnyDvD
Puts a small converter between windoze and yer dvd player
decrypts on the fly, removes region, allows you to skip FBI warnings
You never have to worry about region setting again on original movies.
But it only works for winXP and win2000

Sometimes. DVDShrink does not remove RCE protection so you have to use DVD Decrypter.

How many legal back-ups do you make in one day, that wait 30 minutes is to much for you??
