Extended Version of lotr I: Ript main movie with DVD Fab. Run thru IC7. Burnt pdi files. Produces version with english subtitles. Why should it choose this and not the one without? Can you check in the ifo file after DVD Fab to find this out?

This does not sound like a DVD Burning issue. I believe that this belongs in the one click solution forum.

You really should use a better title explaing the problem.
