View Full Version : Audio in sync before burning, but not after!

Joined the main movie for a DVD which was split over 2 DVDs using the method in the second part of the VobEdit guide http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=54655&highlight=join+clips. Demuxed the streams and transcoded the video with CCE then reauthored with Scenarist.

So far so good - have a folder with one VTS that contains the main movie, with all correct chapter points and audio in sync when played using PowerDVD and IfoEdit. Tried burning using Nero and got no errors, but the audio is out of sync in the second half of the DVD (the part that was originally on Disc 2) and the chapter points are also wrong in the second half. Tried again using ImgTools with re-allocation switched off, but still does not work - although audio was a little more in sync than before.

I'm pretty stumped about what to do. Is there another burning program I should use? It's especially weird since the files play perfectly on my computer so I don't get how burning changes them.

EDIT!--------------------
I was wrong, the files are out of sync before burning as well. Would the moderator mind deleting this post? Thank you.
