XMPEG 5 Release Candidate 2 Build 3 corrections.

After a few post about the lastest bugs, all have been corrected. DVD auth. also has been changed to avoid any DVD read failure due to bad/missing VOB key. True key negociation replace the old Vobdec method.
A few features has been also improved to avoid user intervention. Thanks for all guys which reports bugs!:)

Hey, I prefer to stick with the RC1 cause whenever I tried to put the RC2 in my system, it would always set the output resolution to 0x0 and would crash when I'd try to resize it to the resolution I wanted.

Just delete your profiles, and clean your registry keys. This is now corrected. A profile and Registry key version has been added to remove this lazzy error.
