How to find a DVD manufacturer?

I have several brand names DVD+R discs that I have burnt that I want to find the original manufacturer (not the brand name.) I used Nero CD Speed 1.02 and HP DVD Writer 300i and from menu did: Extra > Disc Info... But it comes out blank for all the burnt discs that I checked including Verbatim, Fuji, HP, and Memorex.

I tried Nero DVD Speed but there is no Disc Info item in the software.
