Need help for "script"

I am very newbie on "avisynth" things...
I have been read all the fourms about avisynth last two days and couldn't figure it out much.

My projection is DV-2 to DVD-r.

I need someone can write simple script for me.

Information:

Source:
DV is 720X480(4:3) MS dv codec.(VHS pass through Sony DV cam)
Audio 48

Want To:
Convert to 16X9 (for HDTV wide system)
--don't mind if I lose top/bottom of the screen
Audio to export same time instead using 3rd party program.
Maybe use some plugin for qulity, like Convolution3D
Top field

I will use CCE 2.67 for encording and MF2.0 for DVD authoring/burn.

Hey mon, well, because AviSynth uses scripts to do it's dirty work, it's not very user friendly. You might be better off starting with a program like Virtual Dub which is very powerful and easier to work with. VDub can process the video exactly as you you describe.

If your DV footage won't load into Virtual Dub, then you need to change the data from type-1 to type-2 (see the DV forum for links)
