My comp test value (max BPF? this thing needs a name) is 0.052 and I can quite reasonably fit the whole four hour feature on 1 CD with an Ogg -q3 soundtrack. This means I can encode at 576x432 with a BPF (bits/(pixel*frame)) of .035 which is 67% of the max BPF. That's a bitrate of 264kbps! What the hell?! I'm encoding as we speak at these rates and will post results soon. This would be by far the most compressible title I've ever done.
