I've got a strange problem ..
I'm ripping a movie with GK 0.28.5 and I've done a compressibility check (5%) with 0.170 bits/pixels like it has been explain in the Doom9's guide ..

After the test I've a result of 97% of the compressibility check .. so it's too much, right ? - Let's move up the resolution .. I change my last resolution (672x352) for a new one .. but .. I can't move up the resolution because I've a limit of the L-Zoom (99%)

So I'm blocked in 704x368 with 0.156 bits/pixels and a compressibility check result of 88.6% ...

This will give me a bad final size.. I hope having 705mo .. I'm sure that I'll get about 600mo...

-- How can I realise a good rip here ?

sorry, I can't help you, but I am interesting in something different

[OT on]
why do some poeple use mo instead of MB (MegaByte)
I've seen this sometimes surfing the web, but I can't exlain this to myself....

Protox, this sticky thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24584) from the DivX 5 forum may help you.

@sharfis
[OT ON]
french notation for MB (mo=mega-octet, as "octet" stands for "byte")
[OT OFF]

@jggini
tanks for the link too.

In fact I've got to decrease the compressibility of the film..
I've removed 1 b-frame, now I've got a maximum of 2 b-frames.

I hope I'll get a good final result .. :D

have to tried to increase the quality of the audio track (max quality, for example) ? You could also add other langage.

lol .. ok mec
so, with Xvid I have to know that I'll get a very very compacted film .. ok .. I'll know that now ;)
