ati radeon 7500 no movie display

i have the radeon 7500 with svideo out and when i play a movie it won't output it to my tv. the rest of the screen is there but there is a black box on my tv where the movie should be playing. HELP ME!!:confused:

did you check that your overlay is set on tv?

Set your TV as the primary display. On an ATI card, movies play only on the primary display when you have 2 displays enabled.

Check the help, or right click the desktop, select properties, select the settings tab, click the advanced button. You can change it there.
