Some problems displaying DivX movies

I have a strange problem with some of my DivX movies and I was wondering if someone can help me.
With some of them I reach a certain part of the movie and the picture freezes but the audio continues to play...
I don't know what the problem is but if I jump that time where it freezes, the movie continues with no problem.
For example: in a DivX 3 encoded movie, Wings of Honneamise, right in the beginning of the movie (30 seconds) it freezes, but if before the movie reaches that part I put the progress bar in, let's say 45 seconds, the movie continues with no problem.
I've used GSpot to see if the file is corrupted, but it tells me the file is correct.

Can anyone enlighten me in this subject?

Download DivX Antifreeze (http://www.tac.ee/~prr/videoutils/) and see if that clears up your problem. DivX 3 encoded videos have this problem often unfortunately.

I'm going to download the program and see if it can help me.
The specific movie I was talking, Wings of Honneamise, the problem was with the original CD in which was recorded:(
So I'm using DivFix and IsoBuster to extract the file, rebuild the index and try to cut out the bad parts.
I hope that will help.
If that solution works, I will post the results so others can benefit from it:D

I finally managed to get the movie to work with minor loss of data:D
What I did was:
- First I used CloneCD to create a backup of the CD, with all the errors.I used all the options enabled and read the image in 1X;
- Then I fired up IsoBuster (www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/), loaded the CloneCD image and extracted in RAW but convert to User Data option the file I wanted;
- After that I used DivFix to rebuild the index and have it cut out the bad parts, which as you can recall, were the parts that CloneCD replaced with dummy sectors;
- Unfortunately I had another problem, the subtitles:( No problem.I use ffdshow to play all my DivX/XviD content and display subtitles.With some experimentation I was able to synchronize the subtitles, giving them a delay of -110000.

In the end my movie was playable and the subtitles worked.
I lost about 2/3 minutes of the movie, but it still was worth all the trouble.

I hope my experience can help other users.
