Tested Clone DVD last night and to me seems better than Instant copy, which I have done with the same DVD.Fills the disc properly and the picture quality seems alot better. The DVD is a multi episode of 5, 30 mins each and extra's. So far very empressed.

I can't agree. I've also done a couple of movies with both progs (Walt Disney titles) and IC was better. Even considering DVDShrink filled the disc better than IC (always the same damn sizing problem...).

Can't see how it could produce better results since it's a transcoder and not an encoder like IC. But I'll check and try it out just incase :)

Uhh... IC is also a transcoder, not an encoder...

Sorry, but perhaps I'm mistaken however I though IC was kind of a cross between a trancoder and an encoder hence why it tends to produce better quality.

Are you confusing Clone DVD with DVDShrink?

No quantum, I'm not confussing things. I just said IC was better quality than CloneDVD... and that DVDShrink actually :D
BTW I like your name. I actually work on things of that kind...

I got tired of reading about Cone DVD, so I fixed the title.

After your posts I tried dvd shrink2.3 (to do the same dvd) but it crashed after 5% of encoding. Now I remember when the first version came out it did the same thats why I never used it again. It does not seem to like my computer,so I can't comment on the quality.:)
